One way to send money without really sending "money" is to give them gift cards for the local grocery store. Everyone needs groceries and it often has more of a free gift feel than a charity case feel to it. You could even pass it off as if it's something you won or received and you're just passing it along.
Have you tried a physical outlet for these emotions? Hit the gym, or put on some headphones and go for a long run. Running can be very meditative and you can do it pretty much anywhere.

First, you should stop or at least ease up on the running to give yourself time to heal. Second, work on your calves and ankle flexibility. Downward dog is a great calf stretch, try to keep your heels on the floor during the stretch. It may take some time to get there if you're not very flexible. Third, if the pain doesn't go away then you should see a professional to make sure you don't have a stress fracture.
Don't mix the vinegar and baking soda, they just react with each other and cancel out (acid + base do that). I do a cycle with vinegar, the do another cycle with baking soda + detergent, and it works pretty well.
I've got a Eufy RoboVac 30 and until reading this post it didn't even occur to me to see of there's an app. Turns out there is, but we've never used it and never connected it to our wifi. We just hit the button to turn it on and it works just fine. It came with a remote that we can use to set a schedule but as far as I know it has no way to call home.
I got an XPS 15 last year, running Kubuntu and I love it except for one design flaw. The wifi card will randomly disappear from the hardware inventory and the only thing that fixes it is a reboot. It's a $20 replacement part that should be user-replaceable... except for the fact that they soldered it to the motherboard for some inexplicable reason. So I'm stuck using a USB dongle wifi chip. But otherwise it's great (even plays Baldurs Gate 3 pretty well since the latest hotfixes).
Nope. Which is good because I hate snaps. A media player that can't play nfs-mounted media or a browser that can't read my remote KeePass file are just useless to me.
I've been using Kubuntu on my main laptop for a few years now, and I really enjoy having an environment that just works, doesn't get in my way, and I don't have to think about. That's just the way it should be.
Any new activity is going to cause your body to react. Eventually you'll find recovery is easier and takes less time as your body adapts. In the meatime look into foam rolling, stretching/yoga, and a massage gun if you have one.
I think you'll be fine. Put whatever is more important to you first. If you're trying to improve your lifts then do that first. If you're chasing a running time then do that one first. Your other activity will suffer a bit though.
Try something different. Take a cardio boxing class, or try a group run and meet some new people. Just getting out of your routine for a day can be enough to get out of that rut.
