    Love both, and very excited for their next game, No Rest for the Wicked - which I don’t know if it’s been said explicitly, but is rumored to also be a Metroidvania.

    I know it might be a little cliché, but I would still rank Hollow Knight as my #1 Metroidvania, but these two are my #2A and #2B, even after loving the new Prince of Persia. The level of polish is incredible and Wisps just cranked it up even more.

    I enjoyed the video the IGN posted about them yesterday.

  • I didn’t know about the challenges with the Eastside extension, but I’m glad they’re partially opening. I can’t believe they still don’t have NFC tapping with phones. I know bureaucracy is tough, but they misjudged the demand and their priorities.

  • It’s one of my all time favorite movies, but you’re not alone. I’ve talked to a handful of people who say the same. My parents don’t “get it”, but I suspect that has something to do with the fact that a big theme of the movie is about being “of” the internet, being always connected, and unable to escape the weight of the world. It’s a very generational theme that isn’t relatable for them.

    Being that you’re posting this on Lenny leads me to bet that’s not something you share with them 🤷🏼‍♂️

  • The employees are really shook. Things are really getting shakier in the CID, and this really amplified that sentiment. They’re thankful that the guy was in his 70s and got tired as fast as he did. Had he been a young guy and with something more serious than a sledgehammer, waiting 52 minutes could have cost someone’s life.
