Der Betreiber vom Server kann und soll entscheiden was seine Maschine weitergibt, insbesondere da die Person dafür rechtlich belangt werden kann. Wir sind hier quasi in seinem Haus, aber mit der Alternative auf andere Instanzen zu wechseln. Finde das ist ein fairer Deal, da Deföderation ja nicht Löschen heißt.

Can confirm. Southern Germany used to be green in June and July now most fields are yellow and all the trees shows sign of heat stress. Rivers are already emptying. However nobody seems overly concerned.
I suspect their main goal is to legally mandate that people need a "license" to develop AI systems. Aside from the obvious practical issues, the main reason behind this is to build a moat around their product: They know open source AI is a danger to their business model so this is an attempt to squash that. Current systems have dangerous abilities but these concern things like privacy. Laws should prohibit certain things for both human and nonhuman actors (like facial recognition at protests).
