I would never recommend Debian for an end-user OS. Probably not even for a server, unless you're somehow infatuated with the worst package management suite there is.
Everyone keeps saying "it's stable" like all the other distros are not. Debian is just behind.
I've had this discussion countless times on reddit, and every time some American comes up with a bunch of arguments that essentially boil down to "well my dad hit me and it stopped me from misbehaving, so I shall continue this tradition".
Meanwhile it's one of the most violent western societies. I wonder why. USA has about 6 times more intentional homicides than Denmark, for example.
GrapheneOS' whole thing is security and privacy. It's big on sandboxing apps and browser sessions. Google Play and most Android features are opt-in (Google Play Services are also sandboxed). Just check their features.
LineageOS doesn't have most of the above. It's mostly just a regular barebones Android distribution without all the vendor bloat, and a great alternative if you just want more control and less BS (if you've used a Samsung device you will know what I mean - absolutely horrible distribution imo).
