  • 🤣🤣🤣

  • I moved to Zoho back when Google decided to screw over people with the custom domains a few years ago. I have Zillum, which is designed for families (~ $70/year for 3 users), but you can also get their business offering for about the same price. Zillum comes with Writer, Sheets, and Show (presentation), and Workdrive (equivalent of GDrive). It also has email for custom domains. The office apps work like you'd expect. Zoho Mail is somewhat different from Gmail, but works fine. I'm perfectly happy using them, and they don't sell my data to anyone else.

  • Innerspace was such a fun movie.

  • To be fair, when she first appeared on screen, I thought she looked like the Sydney Opera House. I don't know why the costume department wanted everyone to associate the two, and thus start hating on Sydney, but there we go.

  • I've found myself rereading Old Man's War multiple times.

    • Danube class runabout
    • Refit Constitution (NCC-1701A)
    • Whatever the Reliant was from ST2:WOK.

    I want a runabout!

  • I'm definitely a Tendi. Science FTW!

  • Unpopular opinion: I'm old school and would probably use perl.

  • Control key shortcuts.

  • I agree. Doku is incredibly easy and extensible. And it doesn't need a database.

  • You really need to index your tables. This has all the hallways of a Cartesian cross product.

  • The chances of anything coming from Mars are a million to one, he said. But still they come.

    Ulllaaaaa!

  • Your order #: HE000BN2GQQLDPQNW12T40375228 has been placed.

That seems a little excessive. Like they need to have a different number for every atom of the Earth.

  • Let's see.

    • Regicide
    • Forbidden Island
    • Forbidden Desert
    • Carcassone
    • Roll for the Galaxy
    • Ticket to Ride
    • Skull
    • Azul
    • Splendor
  • Ahh. The birthday dirge. Classy.

  • I own the original (this one) and Eldritch Horror. I've also played Arkham Horror v2 and v3. The original holds up remarkably well. It still has the same foreboding feeling but doesn't take an hour to setup. It's more streamlined. Almost as if the later versions bolted stuff on that wasn't needed.

As for the actual question, Eldritch is good, but takes forever to get ready. AH3 is better than AH2, and gives a good immersive experience. I'd say I like them equally.

  • And they wore gold lamé!
