    At best, it can arbitrarily decide to decline print jobs. Which is of course the whole point, because anyone with a printer would need to bypass this filter, and bypassing this filter would be against the law.

    It's worth explicitly noting that this effectively bans 3D printing entirely. The whole point of this law is to be able to charge owners of 3D printers with a crime.     There's a scene early on where your character plays Russian roulette, and loses... And then picks up the gun, hands it to the villain of the week, and says "your turn." It's the fuckin best I love the Outrider so much
