  • The point of the company was not to profit but to broadcast the grift which is where all the money ends up. The "truth" loses money but the gaslit minions fund the idiot.

  • Sorry for the dis, but I hate new potatoes. Would have been much happier to see starchy spuds in some form...nice hash browns for example. My wife loves waxy taters and even made a tater salad last night with waxys...inedible to me. Nice brecky though even if the tater are inedible.

  • Careful, those were certainly German Cockroaches and they like to get in little cracks and crevices especially near heat sources. Look inside the mechanical section and make sure you're not installing an infestation in your shop. Make sure there is no food/grease nearby to sustain them and be ready to deploy countermeasures if needed.

  • I now follow the rules. Speeding, parking, etc. I am never going to be late to something. It’s honestly just easier if you don’t make waves.

  • Also tall guy here. Realize that most back pain is actually inflammation. Yes, I have some blown discs in my lower back and I used to have to get shots in them to reduce the swelling. Manage your inflammation and you will have fewer troubles. Of course, you have to stop lifting those heavy things in a stupid way.

  • Get a cheap travel router that can use "bridge mode" to receive the wifi and pass along the connection through it's ethernet port to your computer.

  • Salesman at the door button and routine exported to HomeKit. My doorbell camera shows a PiP of a person detection on my AppleTV. If I say "Siri salesman at the door" then HA will briefly turn on the flowerbed sprinkler zone to chase it away. Never gets old.

  • The piddly light on my phone is no match for a real flashlight, though.

  • Flashlights - I am never without one within reach.

  • I'm only 6'4", male. My experience is that I need to slouch in the presence of normies so as not to be to intimidating. I am weirded out by people who tower over me because that is unexpected and anyone that tall doesn't try to fit in - they just tower over all.

  • Agreed. A quick google tells me that JB Weld is not food safe.

  • What sane firm would hire anyone who stays on to toe the line being fed out by this Justice Department? She could immediately about face and start supporting victims who have been disappeared...not much money in it but you can sleep at night.

  • "Brown food tastes good!"

    • Anne Burrell, RIP
  • lol...asking the judge to hold her in contempt so she could grab a few hours of sleep for a change. For me that would be a sign that I'm not going to work there any longer. She should get out and when they can't find anyone to argue the government's side justice will then prevail.

  • One does not buy pirate hats, one takes them by force! It's easier than you think - all media is free is you want it and are willing to seize it for your own use.

  • Ok, so...tall person here - as I grew into my 6'4" frame I got progressively wider as well. In my later days (kinda old now) my width has increased unproprtionally to my stagnated growth in height. Damn! You just fat shamed me without meaning to! Uncool, dude!!

  • We normally don't gift unless an excellent idea comes up. We were struggling with our ice maker not keeping up (Ice water constantly, cocktails in the evening, etc) and my wife got me a countertop nugget ice maker (chewy ice). It is no good for daily ice water which needs big cubes to melt slowly but I turn that sucker on every day a 3PM and my evening drinks are much improved!

  • Do you waffle about before taking a slipper to the roach that snuck in under your door-jamb? No, you smash that repugnant shit and scoop it up with a piece of junk mail to toss it in the toilet. That sentient bug is just not food to you. The fact that a lobster is food does not make it a more elevated being.

  • Yes, they feel every moment until the knife slices their pea-sized nerve center of a brain in half. That took about 1/2 of a second. It's done and now we can eat.
