I had a buddy do a lunch talk at work on disc golf.It seemed ridiculous.The numbers and how it meant the disc would fly, etc.I played once, the group I was with helped me with a loaner set of discs, and told me the numbers and what they meant.I sucked, bad, but by the end of it I was deliberately selecting my disc based on the hole we were at and the terrain and how I threw.Fascinatingly dull.Plus the chance to collect all the discs, omg. I had to not get into it.
They were sold as a set.It was a relatively high quality and cost effective AND not terribly gaudy / ugly.Theres a reason “ya basic kitchen table set” is everywhere
