  • It's 3d printer resin

  • Because we've been scrolling for too long.

  • I fly a lot and rarely do I see someone with absolutely nothing on the plane. Having a checked bag by no means excludes you from also having a carry-on

  • There's a bunch of bs predatory services that will let you finance literally every purchase. There's a picture of someone "finally" paying off their $1.50 Costco hotdog after like 4 payments.

  • Backup camera can't see around the cars on either side of you as well as you can peer around the corners. People also generally have an easier time reacting to things, judging speed and distance etc when looking at it directly, not through a screen.

At the end of the day it's really just personal preference. I'll come out and say I back into spots when I'm driving my cool fun car because I think the car looks cooler from the front. When I drive the beater I just do whatever is convenient.

  • Not entirely sure everyone will get it. But I found the joke entertaining.

  • Use your small printer to build a slightly larger printer, and then use that printer to build a slightly even larger printer. Then print this

  • Please test that stick before selling it to someone (or at least sell it cheap and say it's untested). It's much more likely the ram is bad than the slot.

  • Your argument would hold more water if organized religions encouraged people to say things like "oh my God". Saying those phrases or otherwise taking the Lord's name in vain is generally frowned upon, at least in most western religions (no idea if this taboo exists for, say, Hinduism).

You're right in saying we don't think about it when using it in everyday language. Similarly, most westerners aren't thinking they're celebrating the birth of Jesus when they are doing their Christmas shopping; obviously the holiday is inherently religious, but the only groups that generally view it as strictly a Christian holiday are devout followers of another faith that forbids them from celebrating, and obnoxious atheists.

When you encourage people to stop saying "oh my God", you aren't sticking it to organized religion in any way; you're literally policing people to do the same thing they want them to do.

  • when atheists proselytize it’s because organized religion is harmful and they’re trying to limit/remove its power

That's what they always claim, but 9 outta 10 times I see an atheist on this website it's because someone said "oh God, that's crazy" and they had to reply with "🤓😏 more like oh Flying Spaghetti Monster that's crazy. Haha! Get it? Cuz God doesn't exist!!?"

  • Austic chicken

  • Depends on the situation imo, if someone knew they were gonna be picking you up or made plans to have someone in their car it's kinda annoying when the seat is full of shit, but I'm not gonna judge someone for not being ready 100% of the time to be an Uber driver if I ask for a ride or am offered one last minute

  • It's a pretty rare case, but I think this boy might actually somehow be an age in between those two numbers.

  • I mean the first one is alright. It's just a retelling of episode 4. The second (episode 8) was really bad because the plot didn't make any sense and relied entirely on 3 people just refusing to communicate, just to have the "big reveal" get basically retconned in the first 2 minutes of episode 9. Episode 9 was the biggest letdown for me because there were a handful of scenes that made me go "ok, this is actually pretty good, they might cook with this" just to have the cool thing either a. get taken out/killed/whatever immediately or b. get overshadowed by something absolutely ridiculous.

  • Oh, yeah I never would have got that. Lmao. Thanks

  • My egg is cooked trying to figure it out

  • Their life was so preoccupied with whether it could find a way, it didn't stop to think of it should find a way.

  • The 30-something year old bachelor who has nothing in his apartment besides a tv, a PlayStation, a fridge full of beer and a mattress on the floor probably has a smaller carbon footprint than any of us
