DM me if you can guess where I took this panorama.

  • The buymeacoffee link can be found in the About page at the bottom of the page.

  • Yeah and then they have to work almost 24/7 and sleep under their desk or get evicted from their workplace.

  • Yeah I'm not a native english speaker but I get where you're going to :-)

edit: buymevegetablesandaskyr.com can you turn that dirty?2nd edit: having your salad been tossed is not such a bad thing, could motivate @ernest, although I know where to buy coffee and skyr but not where to get my salad tossed. OK, time to go to bed.

  • I actually used the + button to add an Article (not photo, maybe it's broken right now but it didn't work for me) and then in the little icons left to the add button (as @FfaerieOxide suggested) I linked my picture. The rest is just filling the normal fields.

  • OK so I managed to upload the picture, now how to figure out to show a normal proportion of it (in the preview) and not some stretched thing from the early 2000's TV. https://kbin.social/m/Seinfeld/t/63926/Leeland-and-Kramer-reddit-and-the-mods

But I see you have similar troubles (with the stretching) so maybe it's not implemented in kbin yet. Anyway thank you for your very valuable input. I still feel stupid but I learn, bit by bit.

  • No I am not :-) Thank you so much, this is the answer.

  • Ok thanks, I'll try that, however the image I'm trying to upload is from reddit, I don't want to give them more traffic. I will try via imgur or such for just a while until they solve their server transition.

edit: yeah now I get this message:

We are working on resolving the issues

Over the next few days, there will be a change in server infrastructure. Temporary problems with the website's functionality may occur during this time.

  • Well, no dialog box show up, that's the thing.

  • Do I have to host the image on imgur or some other host and then post a link or an article?

Stupid question, How to upload pictures on kbin.social ?

  • I thell you hwhatt, this is dang ol funny

  • Sorry I have no idea of what you're taking about. I'm old, I've been on private trackers for over a decade now and I haven't followed suit with other sources.

  • Yeah I guess I'm old, I've been on those for 10+ years and didn't realise they don't allow new members. My bad (no irony, I am actually 42 years old).

  • Why not go private? alpharatio, mac-torrents, myanonamouse, PTP, BTN, RED, there are plenty of options.

  • Oh no, you should never toss any flammable which makes fumes on a fire. Stick to slow burning liquids like Diesel or fire starter liquids. No gazoline or ethanol. Very dangerous.

  • Being able to easily replace the thing in the device that wears out fastest is a good thing.

Yeah, it's like buying a car without being able to change the tyres.

  • OK I must admit I'm very old in Internet time and I didn't get that they were not talking about a simple navigator on desktop. I do have a smart vaccum cleaner robot which is not a roomba, although I managed to connect it to my wifi and I can control it from an app on my smartphone. Just trying to keep up.
