  • It's interesting, but I would argue that suffering would be more importsnt than killing. And maybe if there was a way to measure a "suffering/price ratio" it would be definitely what I would look at before spending my money on something.

  • I think I have since found the way, at least on the lemmy.world website.

    You need to type '!', then it will prompt you with a nice search of all the communities on the Fediverse and when you choose it, it will automatically create a markdown link with the community.

  • Okay this is what I'm talking about, embedded video that can directly play even if isn't directly hosted on lemmy. So I guess the way to go is having WEBM content and linking directly to the file from the post so that supported clients are able to show an embedded video. Thanks, I'll try this out

  • Sorry, haven't found an easy way of linking to communities like the old r/reddit. I have fixed the link by linking it physically via markdown.
