‘It’s an inspiring decision and a real win for wildlife’
As usual, people don't even grasp the magnitude of the problem. Fur doesn't come from wildlife. It comes from factory farms. Yes, these are technically not domesticated animals, but they are far from "wild".
Still a win, but this ignorance grinds my gears. It's the same as people thinking cows all live in meadows.
It's about respect. Disabled people have it hard enough without extra hurdles. They might miss the train if they have to move to the next door to enter
Another way this discussion is bullshit and leads nowhere is that religion can also explain everything science does. Oh the kid got a prosthetic arm? Yes, because put engineers in his path, it was all part of His plan. Kid losing the arm was also part of the plan BTW.
I haven't found a company that enforces windows of everyone. Seems ridiculous. I would sign the contract then simply require a Mac because I don't know how to use Windows. IT be dammed.
You need way more than designers to do a full UI redesign. And less customization is really just a product of engineering. It takes way longer to make something fast and customizable. So they choose fast.
Probably 100% cow pastures.
