I think yes, but also on this scale it isn't as if Israel created an acount and made some payments. They willingly do business with an entity that is committing genocide.
So Mr Google. It is clear you shot this man. No doubt you broke the rules and are in fact a murderer. But because you only used one bullet, we will not enforce any kind of punishment and wish you good luck with your further endeavours. Case closed.
Totally agree, but destroyed by farming was a process that took centuries. Also a lot of farmland was sea, i wouldnt mind keeping it land ;). But yes, lets fix the broken balance.
If life were a game, not getting shot or run over is like surviving against the mobs chaotically spread over the map and not getting poisoned is like surviving the hostile environment. Once you get through that from age 14 (when tutorial ends) through late 30s you get to deal with the real bosses: non-injury. In normal mode you have to fight just one, in realisitic mode you can end up fighting both. But at least you're not getting shot at anymore.
To practice defending against Russians, the Dutch army destroys nature (to be fair, there isn't any left over space in our small country) so I guess overall nature isn't really benefiting from Russian aggression, but keep up the good work Finland and Poland!
In Spanish language places a lot of people are called jesus, in Islamic places a lot of people are called Mohammed. I'm not saying i think it is a normal thing to do, but history disagrees with me. People have been name-dropping any way they can for ages now.
Thanks for sharing the article, but i think the title of the post is not a good place for your personal comment on the article. I believe it would be better if you were to use the article's headline (General, envoy … future Ukraine president? Valerii Zaluzhnyi’s London waiting game) as a title and put your comment as a description or as a comment. This way people won't have to decipher what the article is about by looking at the url, which for me (using Voyager on android) isn't possible since the app only shows the beginning of the url.
I expect it to be about how much is made public about what's 'under the hood' so to say. Maybe only about how the AI works or where data is stored, but could also be about how much energy is used, what hardware it runs on or what data it's trained on.
I agree with this, we dont need to like the US but we can't afford to be their enemy. At the same time, covert influence operations are usually done by hostile states. If US doesn't behave as a friend, we shouldn't treat them as such.
I use Protons Lumo from time to time, havent figured out in which cases it performs better or worse compared to mistrals LeChat but i expect they would rank high if they were part of this research. Do think ChatGPT remains superior in many other ways, unfortunately.
If EU based companies end up snatching Chrome (and/or) Android and keep them at least as open source as they are now, that'd be a major win for a lot of people in a lot of places, but someone will have to pay the bill and if that will end up entirely with the investors it'll likely be filled with ads and bloatware to earn back the spent money.
I'd say tax them like any other business and fine them because they broke the rules though.
