  • The regression in the US is just staggering. It's like watching an empire devolve into monkeys.

  • Lmao this is awesome!

  • Sports games almost all are universally bad and it really shows when a real game adapts sport concepts like Rocket League or Wii sports. These days sport games are just gacha games.

Gacha games all suck period. I've given up on them entirely as the gameplay always suffers eventually as mobs just becomes sponges unless you do repetitive garbage daily. Really hate this as some awesome games are being held hostage by gacha extraction but I'll never be fooled into gacha again, ZZZ was my last chance.

  • My issue is how slow it is. Every action is 10 seconds long.

  • It's such a threadmil game. They took the worst parts of wow and put a gun in.

  • Nah it's very emberassing for them. Shine the light on their dumbness - everyone should see.

  • Cardboard cutouts of Ukrainian kids or something?

  • Lmao thanks for revealing yourself as an utter idiot. To the block list!

  • Not the same thing. Russia is a brutal invader, Ukraine is defending it's sovereignty

  • Yeah I'm not picking up my phone to use your website. Bye.

  • People still don't realize how much if internet is just hustling. If something pays they will spam the shit out of it to get paid. That's even true before llms.

  • This one right here officer, lock em up!

  • Not the same thing. The sun doesn't concentrate the power in already hifhly populated gulfs and bays where these would be. We're not building something in the middle of Atlantic Ocean.

  • I'm a scuba diver and you can definitely harm regions of ocean with water pumps. It's already happening in place where nuclear is being cooled. It's already happening in ship yards.

It's hard to speculate how it would happen at scale though because ocean science is real fucking hard and each location is vastly different. In populated places the damage would be very noticeable if not eventually catastrophic as ocean issues compound real fast as the ecosystem is much more fluid.

That being said I imagine there would be ways to deploy this safely (ocean is big, lots of boring dead space) but I dont have trust in us to find this way.

  • I don't think people mean literally boil the ocean. Just increasing it by few Celsius degrees can be world ending.

  • Video game industry is literally the biggest software and entertainment industry. OP is confused.

  • The only thing worse than Github fumble is still posting nazi network screenshots.

Just steal the joke - there has never been a more socially acceptable "theft" than this and you still pussy out.

  • There's an entire ocean between whatever is this and reddit though. Being "not reddit" is not the only goal a community should have.

  • I recently went on one of those glass sky walks on a sky scraper and people would be lining up and clenching their buttholes hard today, can't imagine the culture around architecture back in those times - everyone was either just ready to go or sweating all the time just doing menial tasks lol
