i am more than willing to engage on any positive claim you want to make (i probably agree with a lot of them). what i’m not willing to do is tolerate personal attacks and dogpiling.

  • I checked on local fiber startups, and they don't have any similar restrictions. I think I should be able to send mail without anything more than an internet connection. the canspam act already makes spamming a crime. I don't need to be policed by Comcast.

  • i can still gripe about it.

  • i'm just trying to fill up my bingo card.

  • which amendment is the guarantee against soldiers being quartered in homes?

  • my biggest gripe is that I'm technically violating my agreement with Comcast by pointing a tld at my IP address and hosting nextcloud and ssh. my second biggest gripe is that they block mail ports so I can't even self host my mail

  • he didn't stop trum from getting elected to a second term

edit: somehow responded to the wrong comment. whoops

  • in the way the bad cop in good cop bad cop is worse: they're playing for the same team

  • well we can vote for either of the parties that created and funded the gestapo

  • I stg I thought it was perfect when I posted it

  • rights are a convenient fiction from the enlightenment era, when the Europeans were trying to atomize and analyze freedom.

you're free to carry a weapon.

  • omg.

most people aren't solving this with 3 drinks in em lol

  • any alternative paths?

  • bye

  • i have experience and perspective and opinions. when i see people i agree with, i'm less inclined to comment. if i feel i can correct someone or point out a flawed premise, i'm highly inclined to do so. most people don't like having their unspoken beliefs questioned, and that has led, often, to being called a troll or similar.

am i a fool, bore, or drama starter? i suppose that is up to the people i encounter.

my comment wasn't to you but it was for you, and anyone else. most of my comments have no expectation that anyone will respond, i'm just pointing out, as i said, incorrect or flawed statements.

  • if you don't like me, please block me.

  • how are you defining harm?
