  • But who are the people with power under communism? Reminder that communism is stateless

  • Lemmy doesn't restrict VPN use. Some instances may

  • That's not even what I'm criticizing. You said you've done pipe jobs, and it's all pipes: you can only attest for where you have worked

And no, in some places water may be used very differently. Pee may contain a lot of unwanted chemicals, especially when the person is medicated

Edit: In cities in western countries of course most of the time it's all going to the same place. But I don't think that's why it's taboo to pee in the shower. It's because it's seen as unhealthy for the other people using the shower / bathtub

  • I know someone for whom its their only use of the cameras

  • in your country*

  • How did the US win the world wars? They were barely involved in the first place.

But during the fascist war of 1937-1945, I recall their economic allies Germany and Japan did lose the war

  • Organic Maps was the best map for a long time, so it's not really a surprise that CoMaps, which is the continuity of Organic Maps from the devs, without the toxic parent company, is now at the top

BTW you can download it directly from their website, or install it with Obtainium (to get auto updates) instead of F-Droid. Accrescent still lists Organic and not Co, though

  • I don't often use the canines since I don't eat flesh, but the rest is used, of course

  • Btw that number is really close to the actual one, for real

  • Do they really think MLs stay on Lemmy thanks to their unfunny memes and bad takes on geopolitical issues?

Lemmy was created by MLs, and the first users were MLs

  • and one illegal settler state

  • And how many times have users of sopuli called us anti imperialists of being Russian when reminding that the Ukraine war results from NATO's threats

Maybe you've not created an account somewhere that far from X

  • What's that about pregnant femboys?

  • Palestine @lemmy.ml

Proofs of palestinian genocide and Israeli casualties from the IOF

  • It's not that it will be abused. It means this private company already does much more with it, about you. Oh wait, not a private company, one of the worst companies of all time

  • Yes I think the Cloud Act forbids telling the customers that an agency has accessed their data. Not that Google or Amazon would want to tell anyway

  • A theory from a famous SF book I just read (not gonna say the title, not to spoil): dark matter is the matter that has collapsed into a smaller spatial dimension (2 or 1)

  • Possibly Florisboard

Though I use GBoard offline on my GOS, because if you don't have Play Services or other Google apps you can just remove internet access from GBoard (and GCamera)

  • They're on mastodon or another similar software

But some people on Lemmy are friends. People personally interact with each others on Hexbear for example (but that's a bit different, they've had history since their subreddit)

  • Wikipedia is good until the subject touches geopolitical and historic issues. Then you mostly consume western propaganda on the topic. I often read both wikipedia's and prolewiki's article and it gets very clear

  • Privacy @lemmy.ml

    GBoard network-less emoji search?
