  • I'm confused what you're asking and what we're looking at in the screenshot?

  • Very very rarely, and I generally actively avoid it. There's only really my barbers that I occasionally use it for as their card payments seem to be intermittent.

I find cash impractical: it often gets lost when it gets converted into change, or notes get put in a pocket and forgotten about, and it's difficult to track where it's being spent, where you can break down each electronic transaction.

  • If there were someone obvious who was waiting inline then I could sort of get on board, but this just feels a bit reactionary. Changing PM won't do anything to quell the surge of Reform.

  • One day I fear that the it'll go the way of the Premier League, where certain races will only be available on certain services. Not that I pay for Sky, but still.

  • If you book outside of the school holiday's then they're not too bad. It's more than double the price during the school holidays and even the activities themselves can be more expensive.

I really enjoy the "no cars" rule they have, so all the little roads through the forest is used by people on bikes, and it's nice and peaceful.

We went to the one at Whinfell Forest in Cumbria. I'm not sure what the others are like but apparently it's got one of the best pools.

  • Enjoy! Staycation or have you gone away somewhere?

  • I work from home all the the time, travelling for work does sound appealing sometimes! Did you have to stay away or just lots of travelling per day?

What did you have for the BBQ? :D

  • My week was good! I had a week off work, we took the kids out of school / nursery for 4 days and spent the week at CenterParcs. Everyone had a great time! Did lots of activities, and spent far too much money (if you've ever been, you'll know lol). But it was worth it.

    How was your week?

  • "calendar issue" :D

  • Great effort with the fitness! Must feel amazing to get so many compliments! Diet plays a massive massive part of it and it's so difficult to make those changes; shit food is everywhere and is so easy to pick up for a quick snack and satisfy those cravings.

Sounds like things are going great in general, happy for you pal!

  • Good luck with the quitting, I can't imagine how difficult it must be! What techniques have you tried? I've been away this week, but my previous week was fine, met up with a couple of friends for drinks on Saturday which was nice, one of which I hadn't seen for 20 years which was cool.

  • Our local council have actually patched some of the potholes around us. I'm not sure why they didn't just fill them all in on a stretch of road rather than some, as there's still huge crators right next to a bit where they patched them up.

  • My worth ethic and motivication totally flips once that notice is in. How long have you got?

  • Sounds like they all had fun! What did you think of the Mario movie? My son enjoyed it, but I found it a bit... boring.

  • It's not called The Daily Heil for nothing

  • OP, how is this not incredibly awkward?!

  • Bread basket of the belt.

  • What's the context of this?

  • My imaginary friend Derek who appears on weekends can vouch for my mental health, can't you Derek!

    Derek?
