  • I think you're missing a link?

  • What is stopping everyone from having the same birthday? I propose 1969-01-01

  • I'm in the same boat! Musicbee was my replacement for Winamp when that went away, and it did everything I wanted, tagging, podcasts, playlists. I still ajve it on my work PC, but I'm missing it at home. Thanks for making this thread, hopefully you find something that works

  • Just saw your edit - sounds like you're recommending instead of having one 4 bay NAS, to have 2x 2 bay NAS's to back each other up?

  • Hey thanks for the warning about the redundancy != backup - that is part of the plan in the future to build a smaller NAS off site, or even move this particular NAS off site if I find a willing host. Good point too about the wrong 2 drives failing stuffing the whole thing up. The process you're describing does sound doable but complicated. Is there any alternative setup you might recommend, or is that it if I go with RAID?

  • Ah JBOD is new to me, I'll have to look into it. Is there a free or FOSS recommended alternative to UnRAID?

  • Yeah good point, I guess the key is having the option to set default behaviours. Which I haven't found in windows

  • Not sure if I want my applications to open other applications in a semi hidden way, if it does I want it to be obvious

  • A Pixel phone?! In this economy?!

  • Hey Framework, how about sending some laptops down under? I still am not able to buy any from the website here in NZ

  • Welp...Slay the Spire is apparently 1gb installed, so it'll probably be that

  • Clearly that's Outer Spain

  • Waymond?

  • Well yeah... Its just called normal coffee

  • I'm pretty pessimistic about this:

    1. Say no
    2. Google still scrapes your site to train their AI
    3. People don't care that its wrong, still use Google instead of other search engines
  • If you're doing any work on cars or bikes, they rip 10 minutes into your work anyways so you get a vent and blackened fingers

  • I've had good results removing the coating with armor etch, but be warned that the uncoated plastic lens are now more prone to scratches. I was able to extend the life of my glasses about 6 months before I got annoyed with the microscratches building up, was able to save up for a new pair.

  • I just picked up Steam world Quest because I like Slay the Spire, its fun but I do miss the ability to really break the game like in StS, different genre I guess. Also UI is so cluttered, a lot of clicks to find important information. Glad it was on sale

  • That's just chasing with more steps!
