  • Why specifically boats? Are you trying to make money with this endeavour? Is there a specific type of boat you are looking to be on? If not maybe it would be worth going on Crewbay and looking for an experienced captain who is just looking for somebody to help with tasks along the way for a single leg in exchange for food. Start to build references and miles by doing this a few times, then the more you do it, the more you will find people willing to take you on board for longer periods of time and potentially pay you (pay would be more likely if you crew on the larger motor yachts).

  • I’ve had it and I liked it. I prefer little pickles like cornichons though and you can’t have both.

  • Ain’t no party like an S Club party!

  • Ooh I like these!

    Who is your favourite artist?

  • Pekingese

  • I’m surprised how far down I had to scroll to find this as an answer!

    Ifttt and Google sheets integration

  • I know! You have to seriously slug it up as quickly as possible, huh? Won’t be buying that product again!

  • Fair enough. Each to their own I guess.

I guess it depends on what you care about. The time frames aren’t just arbitrary numbers that the manufacturers whacked on their packaging. Actives like hyalauronic acid and vitamin C break down over time. So your products could not really be doing what you are hoping for anymore. Additionally microbe introduction can lead to infection and you won’t necessarily be able to tell by looking at it.

If you have heard of Labmuffin’s Dr. Michelle Wong you will probably know that she is a great resource for science based information on skincare and beauty. Here is an interview with her about it.

Straight moisturisers are not something I will even pay attention to because I get through them so fast anyway. SPF is something I’ve always paid attention to the expiry dates for. I don’t want to mess with my eyes so I’m definitely going to be paying attention to those dates a bit more-application method will likely affect that.

The idea behind this PSA was for people like me who didn’t know how long each product was meant to be good for and wanted to know. As I said, maybe most people already knew this. I like knowing it because I was stretching out products with actives far too long that I should’ve just used up quicker.

I like the top on smaller bottles and will likely try that method on future. Thanks.

Use by date on skincare products

  • I agree. This is exactly why I don’t wear headphones a lot of the time. So I can listen to those exact noises.

  • Onetab does this too

  • Now we need a photo tax of the cute ratties!

  • I tried the whole only rinsing in the morning thing and my aesthetician convinced me to start washing my face both am and pm again. She was right. This helped with clogging. I think the one a day isn’t for everyone.

The biggest thing for me personally has been water quality. Have you tried shower head filter and maybe a tap filter? I don’t know what water quality is like where you live but could be something to look into.

  • Same. What has been really disappointing for me is that a lot of places where my only option used to be a black bean burger have now replaced that with an impossible or beyond burger. It’s great for people who are trying to cut back on meat consumption so I like that they exist but please stop replacing my black bean burgers!

  • Was this a debate about tennis balls? My spouse and I have had this exact disagreement!

  • They also have the Clog Boot if you are specifically after a boot look.

  • Please note that the FDA has a list of approved sunscreen filters that has not been updated in over 15 years. A lot of research into sun protection has happened and wonderful advanced filters have been developed outside of America since that list was last updated. Bondi Sands is a great brand but you may only be seeing availability of the products they make for America. If you are able to find bondi sand hydra specifically, that is the one i am recommending. I cannot speak to their other products with respect to your needs. I think there are companies that do import of Korean sunscreens. Perhaps that would be a better route for you. I recently was in Korea and bought some innisfree sunscreen and really liked the formula.
