Mortgage loan officer passionate about helping others.

  • I wish 50% of America would go to the event to cause an absolute overwhelm, crush and chaos that would bring fines to each location.

Each customer should take 5 minutes or longer to order. Vehicles should break down in the drive throughs.

Since a 100% boycott won’t happen, this is the only way.

  • “ Polymer80, Inc. is an American manufacturer of parts kits containing firearm parts including unfinished receivers used for making privately made firearms. The company was founded in 2013 by Loran Kelley Jr. and David Borges and is headquartered in Dayton, Nevada.”

  • Global heat deaths will quadruple even if we stopped today. It will take 20 additional years to see it level off and possibly reverse.

There’s absolutely zero chance of this occurring due to damage to the economy, outbreak of wars from countries trying to force other countries to stop, etc.

As flight attendants would say, “BRACE! BRACE! BRACE!”

Imagine being a president that wants to get reelected and win popular opinion. If that president took away millions of jobs that caused global warming damage, voters would just elect the guy to bring those jobs back.

There’s no winning here, just suffering.

  • Ass up, head down. Great art piece.

  • A “once in a 125,000 year heat wave” you say? See you next year!

  • Only problem? If everything stopped today, we’d see increases in temps for 20 more years.

  • Not to worry, the goal post on “fair wage” will always be extended. I remember fast food protests for $15/hr. You got it! Only now rent has doubled.

  • Is that like one major city?

  • In other news, air contains oxygen.

  • Adobe Stock Contributor. Someone, as a contributor, listed these photos to earn a commission for sales for photo content they say is theirs and own the copyright for.

It’s a decent side hustle but I’d never upload AI crap.

  • This is big time misinformation.

This is looking at the current and forgetting how hard the billionaire worked to get where they are over many decades.

Only time this is accurate is if they are a trust fund kid that is draining the funds and not adding back to society.

For the purposes of those reading this, if your goal is wealth through capitalism, you need to ignore them anyways.

TL/DR: You need to hustle but do it in your own business, not building someone else’s. Just prepare for 16 hour work days for little pay for at least a couple years to get the business off the ground.

  • Stop Musk Spam. So sick of it

  • AnnualCreditReport.com is free to get your credit report from all bureaus.

All bureaus allow you to freeze your credit when it is not in use.

  • These aren’t 3-letter dictionary word .com domains Elon. Nobody will pay that on a service that’s devaluing by the hour.

  • I whitelist sites I support on UB. Unless that sites gets obtrusive then I block it entirely.

I stopped supporting Google the moment they forgot “don’t be evil.”

  • Didn’t know about SponsorBlock until all this started. So many just found out ad blocking is possible.

  • I’m 45 and I just made an illegal Uturn. Politics is trash meant to divide for the purposes of distraction.

  • You rent. Your corporate landlord is not a lender. Therefore you are stuck because you didn’t meet your payment obligations on your lease contract.

It sure is interesting to see mortgage lenders are having to be more lenient than landlords. That’s brutal.

  • Yeah, I see why, it’s the same audience. Your first ad run will be your biggest performer and it diminishes from there.

You have to cast wider and be infrequent with your ads. It’s been a learning curve.

There’s a lot of traffic out there to find but yeah, a lot of that traffic is from social and search, which gives you as an advertiser 3rd tier quality results if you advertise on websites.

Having to get creative. Need to pay sites that monitor traffic and find the ones that get a lot of direct traffic. Now getting an ad on those sites has been tough too. It’s been a grind but worth it so far.
