  • ADHD here, not autistic. Hope you don't mind my input. I work as an Arborist climbing trees, and I try my best not to let the sun touch me at all when I'm at work. I wear long sleeves outdoor shirts. I think the ones I have now were made for fishing. They are spf rated, and handle my sweat well. Dry quick, etc. Hat and gloves also. For the end of day I keep a dry tshirt to change into so I'm not sitting in a soggy shirt. I've worked outside full-time for 8 years and I had critically low vitamin d. But it makes being outside in the heat bearable and keeps my skin safe from sun damage.

  • I stopped watching South park a long time ago. I really prefer the early seasons before they started making each episode the week it airs. Less topical is more entertaining to me.
