It's probably either plain yogurt or sour cream. Both are very good at taking the spicy down a notch without changing the flavour of the dish too much. I rely on them heavily when we do anything curry.
That really depends on what country you live in. The US doesn't require sick leave AFAIK and Canada only requires 5 days. So that's like 300 days where you have to choose between getting better or paying rent. More socially progressive countries get paid sick leave, not everyone.
I made a friend, she was like a sister to me for 12 years. Our families lived together for almost a decade, I was a surrogate for her, we were family. Earlier this year she went on a racist tirade and when I wasn't ok with it she stopped talking to me. Now I'm scared to try making friends again.
The friend I kept from high school may be distant now, but at least she's consistent and out expectations of each other are equal: don't be an asshole, see you next year.
I was bullied at every school I went to. Growing up an undiagnosed autistic girl was not easy. I managed to make a few friends when I got to a bigger school because we were all outcasts together, but that wasn't until I was 16 and almost done school. Even after I stood up to my bully when I was 15 I still got tortured at the small town school before that.
TBH I still don't know how to make friends today and my only friend is one of the ones I managed to dupe into liking me when I was 16 lol
They presented themselves as fact checkers and then refused to state something that was obviously a fact as a fact. That's really shitty of them. They never cared about being that cautious before, now that it really matters they do? I doubt it.
Most people who aren't right-wing nut jobs know how to admit when they're wrong about something and how to be happy for something that actually is a positive for the majority of people who aren't already rich, regardless of how that result was achieved.
Tariffs are normal, they encourage a strong local economy that doesn't get screwed over by a dominant economy that decides to use the trade relationship against the local economy, but they haven't been "aggressive" since the last time they were used as an act of war and ended up causing a depression.
Oh that explains my feet!
