  • Thank you so much for all of this info. No worries being "late" the trip is still months away and I intend to sit this one out to make sure i don't make any hasty decisions. I'm also still looking at buying in Tokyo to get better prices but not sure yet. Currently I'm looking at the OM-3 that seems to be everything I want, but i'm affraid it'll be too big and bulky. I'm looking for a local store where i can go try holding a bunch of cameras to get a better feel for it. The OM-3 will be a splurge and possibly overkill so having plenty of time until the trip will hopefully make me feel what i actually need and what it's right for me. The Olympus PEN ep7 is probably a better option for me, but until I have it in my hands I won't yet be able to tell for sure.

but some modern micro four thirds cameras cameras use full frame bodies (looking at you Panasonic)

I totally agree. This is so annoying. Also that size comparing website you linked is awesome. love it and thank you again.

  • My bank uses 2fA where if used in a browser it wants me to scan a QR code on the screen with another app on my phone... I need a very complicated set of mirrors for that to work...

  • Its been recommended a few times now so probably worth checking out. It does still look a bit big to me but maybe I can find a local store to hold it or a similar camera to get a better feel for it

  • Really good resource. Thank you

  • That is a really nice size. But 4k 25 fps is a bit sub par for video performance I think. But maybe a newer model of the same series could be something for me.

  • As Others Said, Look into Micro Four Thirds.

will do. i think the one you linked to is a bit too large for my needs tho. she mentioned a few smaller olympus pen series that i'm currently checking out.

  • this is new to me. Thanks for pointing it out. I've been reading a littel bit about it, but not sure if I understand what it actually is other than just yet another sensor size and lens mount standard. I'll keep reading on.

  • thank you for this input. this camera cannot be found in my home country (Denmark) so it's definitely a nice candidate. it's tiny and quite cheap... you know of some reviews I can look through.

  • F*** I really dont want to change away from Firefox. Pleas be good Firefox. Please! Don't F this up.

  • Borght an Italien made coffee grinder from Eurika instead of American/Chinese made Ode one grinder. Been very happy with its performance

  • You can usually do a soft reset by opening a can of tunna in the kitchen. That always straightens mine out again and its purring like brand new again. Also works if behaviour settings get a bit out of wack.

  • Also think about all the money you save for ticketing infrastructure and personel handling ticket control and service.

  • I think a strong laser straight to the CMOS chip is better since it can't just be cleaned off.

  • This is not real right.... Right.... It's a joke right? I hate the world because I really can't tell.

  • Mine works beautifully for petg but pla not so good. Trick is absolutely clean. Fingerprints are enough to ruin it. Keep using dish soap and be sure to rinse well with warm water. Forget about isopropyl! Use a fine dry microfibre cloth before printing. You can use a spray of 1L water mixed with a few drops of dish soap on the cloth but if the plate is already clean a dry cloth can be enough most of the time.

Finally make sure your first layer height is adjusted correctly. The plastic needs to he squished slightly more into the textured surface. If in doubt go closer until you are defiantly too close (like almost scraping) and then back up up again. Then you are sure.

  • Copenhagen is too heigh on that list I think. It could still be a lot better. Still lots of dangerous right turns and non protected bike lanes and poor parking options. I'm most salty about lack of parking actually. Train stations also often lack elevators with proper space.

  • There are more in this series... They are used in Denmark FYI. This one is for hospitals so the cleaning lady does not plug the vacume cleaner into the same power lines as the life saving critical equipment but its compatible in the other direction if needed. The one you posted is the same idea but for IT equipment. EDB is the Danish equivalent to IT

  • One of the ingredients is best stored cold in the fridge and another is best stored at room temperature.
