Slashdot. I have a very low 3 digit UID. I followed Rob Malda's blog before he registered the domain.

I remember having Netscape open on the site and reading it. I walked a couple blocks to by a pack of smokes. Got back home and refreshed the page. Noticed a new post with site registration available, so of course I did.

To this day I still get password reminder requests to my email that I never sent.

I still comment and sometimes get some people replying noticing the low UID.

Silly I know, but it's cool to me anyway.

I just eat a whole grains (brown rice, not white. 100% whole wheat etc) and plenty of fruits and vegetables that naturally contains fiber in addition to many other beneficial nutrients.

I spend way too much on my smart phone. That's correctable, but I depend on Uber/Lyft. I think I would need to get a cheap android and just have the discipline to put only essential apps like ride share, maps, encrypted messenging and like nothing else. Not even email, Lemmy, bill pay, grocery delivery, etc

I paid the lifetime membership for Sync bc I wanted to support the dev and liked the app. Then I discovered the dev abandoned it 2 years ago.

Seems weird to me too, I first started texting around 2005 when I finally got a cell phone. When I saw full punctuation I felt like I was getting scolded.

Even with upick, it's more expensive. The cost per pint of blueberries or strawberries we pick on the local farm is way more expensive than the grocery store. I guess they're charging us for the experience.

Same thing for apples. $25 for a peck. We went to the store after and the same size bag was 99 cents.

Amazon Warehouse I believe is open box and returns. It also gets confusing that marketplace sellers are mostly outside of Amazon's control

Jewish man here. Our Rabbi left our (mostly) progressive Temple to form his own so he could be a leader in the Jewish space to advocate for Gazans/Palestinian civilians and speak out against the fascist Likuds.

What's crazy is many had delegates in the table and their home states hadn't voted yet. This was all right before Super Tuesday they dropped. Normally you stay in and you barter with all the delegates. At least through Super Tuesday.
