I also had this problem onest, but I solved it, just drink much water one hour before you go sleeping. I drink nothing, and go to the bathroom, right before I want to sleep, I drink only a little, little bit and try to sleep.
It works, Trust me.

Ich bin so dafür, dass mit der Zeitumstellung abzuschaffen, es ist einfach nur Nervig.
Und wenn wir schon mal dabei sind, können wir auch die Zeitzonen abschaffen. Warum muss den Überall 8:00 Uhr morgens sein? Von mir aus ist das hier dann Morgens und irgendwo in Asien schon hellichter Tag.

🪑We tried to vote ,,Stuhl'' (German and means Chair) to the Jugendwort des Jahres 2023. A Jugendwort is A Word, which the young people offen use. The publishing house Langenscheidt organisize every year a time to vote for the Jugendwort.
Langenscheidt doesn't wanted the Stuhl, at the day of the start of voting the Stuhl was Not possible to vote.
