  • Personally, I'm already content with the current stream of, well, content on Lemmy right now, at least for doomscrolling.

    There's a lack of niche communities right now of course, but I made one that I missed, and I'm sure other people will do the same as the user base increases.

  • I hope Lemmy at least adds the ability to follow other lemmings so their posts appear in the feed.

    Though, then I don't see why it wouldn't work with mastodon users too, since they just seem to be treated as regular lemmings in their profile and all, aside from the tagging.

  • I think we should. If anything, I'd say it should post more of the popular mangas like those being posted by people like you right now.

    People aren't very likely to make a discussion post even if they're an avid reader; they'd rather discuss it in an existing post, and not do anything if there isn't one.

    There's too much to worry about like the formatting and timing (posting it even a few hours late will probably miss alot of comments) of it for most people to bother making one.
