  • If people were normal they'd throw Putin, Kim, Winny Poo, Trump, Merz, ... basicall all politicians in a random arena and just add in a few tigers.

    Does anyone actually even like their own "leaders"? I'm not even talking about Democrats at this point, throw them in the arena too.

    Throw em all in, no matter party. They all corrupt. Throw the rich people in the arena too that dont give anything to charity at all and just bs stuff with the money.

  • Thats assuming you are applying IQ messurement on the american system and not using AIQ (american intelligence quotient) which is basically the same as IQ, just multiplied by 3.6

    AIQ = IQx3.6

    But yes, your joke is funny, assuming you used IQ as the messurement and not AIQ which is officially used in the united states.

    With that logic, someone who can lift 100 lb is stronger than someone who can lift 99 kg, because we aren't multiplying lb x 2.2 anymore.

    If someone has an IQ of 120, that means he has an AIQ of 432. So 120 = 432.

    "Room temperature IQ is a far bigger insult in Europe than America." is still an insult though, since it's usually about 70°F, way less than 432 AIQ. It's 362 points below the average AIQ - so an insult.

    Yeah I dunno, 27.5 kg is weird (Dumbbell Bench Press) I heard it's "beginner" level, and for a male its low.

    I workout since half a year, I am so bad lol.

    I started at 20 kgs, but I somehow can't do 30 kg Dumbbells. It's like I can't even pick them out of the rack... 27.5 kg 5x5 no problem, I can even do another 7-8 reps on my last set of 5x5 and the program says go up in weight if you can do 5x5. It's not happening lol...

  • I heard full body 5x5 on Strogg Lifts is better than PPL or Upper Lower etc...

    So basically Id do Squats Bench Rows Curls and in the other workout Deadlifts, Pull Ups and Overhead Presses.

    But dunno... I read too much lol

    Politicians have 1 job: Choosing climate actions that protect economic stability instead of undermining it.

    Haven't seen anything so far. It's mostly just throwing the economics out the window for climate actions that are valid. But you can't throw away a functioning economy just for climate actions even if they are good.

    You are correct, and again we all know it: ignoring climate risks will likely make future economic and migration crises worse. But throwing your economy away just for reducing climate risks will make all crises worse too.

    Climate risk is REAL but not as horrible as media and some make it. A damaged economy will break the EU faster, + migration won't stop cause we will be migrating elsewhere if possible (Singapore, USA,..) if we can.

    People like to make this a black and white topic, in reality economics > climate in the end.

    We practise this in our everyday life too: save yourself, then the rest. You can't save the world if you destroy your own (economics). And with strong econmic you can advance to more climate friendly technology.

    The tough reality is: get use to a 3°C world. It's coming anyways, no matter if US and EU go emission neutral and back up with a strong economy.

    Nobody is denying climate change, but open your eyes. Europe and the small countries won't change anything, even with zero emissions.

    Most climate models are unreliable and exaggerate warming, most climate policies are too expensive, most arguments are fear based communication.

    If someone tells me they are afraid of the Gulf Stream slowing down so fast that it will bring us in an ice age I quit talking. Most climate models added "water" from other oceans in the system and yeah, it slows down.

    EU's concerns should be more russia focused, leaders pumping money they dont have from their citizens to ukraine, migrating every human to the EU without checking who they are.

    And if you say this, you are a racist. We all know that 90% of the refugees coming are good people and need help. But you cant let 100% in cause of the 10% terrorists. Keep the good and people in need, get rid of the idi.ots. But now I am a racist for saying that.

    Next problem EU will have with America shutting down Venezuelan Drug exports will be fentanyl. They are taking down the citizins with poison and will watch, let them in.

    This is the whole issue with letting everyone in without checking who they are. I don't open my door and let everyone in.

    But my problem is that if I do regret it I won't be able to change it. It's just too risky for me to make a child and just the thought alone of it being a burdon the whole time would be unfair.

    I know it's likely it won't be like that and that I might not even regret it. But if I am not 100% for it now, I don't think I can do it.

  • Yeah finishing this week with my old program of PPLPPL.

    Next week I will be doing workout A - Cardio - B - Cardio - A - Rest - Rest and the week after I will do B - Cardio - A - Cardio - B and so on.

    Think I dont have cardio in PPLPPL which sucks, I really need to focus on that too.

    My set up will be Workout A:

    • 5x5+ Incline Barbell Bench Press
    • 5x5+ T Bar Rows
    • 5x5+ Barbell Back Squats
    • Followed by Super Set of:
    • 2x10 Flys
    • 2x Pushdowns
    • 2x Hammer Curls

    Workout B:

    • 5x5+ Pull Ups (weighted)
    • 5x5+ Barbell Shoulder Press (standing)
    • 3x10+ Barbell Squats (light weight)
    • Followed by Super Set of:
    • 2x10 Leg Extensions
    • 2x10 Leg Curls
    • 2x10 Calf Raises

    So I have 6 exercises for the day, and will only to 2 sets of accessories last ones just for some volume with lighter weight. Will be going down from 6x workout to 3x a week, but 2 days being cardio (tuesday and thursday)

  • I tried upper lower but the issue is:

    I am sore after a leg day for atleast 3-5 days.

    The next thing I don't like about Upper is that I have to do 8-10 exercises that day and by exercise 6 I have a feeling I can't put 100% into the exercises.

    I tried this order for upper day once:

    • Bench Press 5x5
    • T Bar Rows 5x5
    • Shoulder Press 3x8-10
    • Pull Ups 3x8-10 (I couldnt even do 6 Pull Ups at this point... for set 1)
    • Triceps Pushdowns 3x10-15
    • Biceps EZ Bar Curls 3x10-15 I quit the day and didn't even do Lateral Cable Raises, Face Pulls, Chest Flies,...

  • thaanks I am trying my best. I just sometimes feel shame when I read the standard weight for a specific exercise at age x for male is XYZ and I am just way below that lol.

  • Well I am trying. I squeezed the rope hammer curl so hard trying to get the 7th rep in after my 6th rep but couldnt make it and was squeeling like a dolphin and turning red. But I came back 10 minutes later and was able to do another 9 reps with the same weight. My muscle wasnt tired at all after 10 minutes. But at that moment I couldnt even cheat the 7th rep.

    Was the failure at that moment? And if yes, why was I able to do 9 reps about 10 minutes later?

  • Thanks! Yes I track with FitNotes. But I notice I change my order of exercises quite often too... I seem to not stick to one workout without doing minor changes which could screw things up or?

  • Thanks :) I am not interested in steroids... and to be honest Id rather just stay in my shape before I ever do lol. If that means staying small Im fine with that lol.

    I guess ill experiment with different split, maybe I am doing too much ...

    I might look for a different program with less days, maybe really go back to Upper Lower and see how it feels with a bit less reps.

    I sleep quite well, but my schedule is always different. I work nightshift only so I sleep after my nightshift 9 hours and if I am off I still sleep 9 hours. I alway have 9 hours sleep lol. But maybe that could be it too.

    Drink a lot of water. I do Squats but I dont do Deadlifts, I have no trainer or anyone to watch me so I am afraid of that.
