Transporters become horrifying when you think of them as something obliterating all your molecules then recreating them somewhere else. The thing that comes out the other side has all your memories and personality and looks the same… but you 100% died when you got vaporized in the teleport.
Every single song is at least good, usually great, but it pains me to say I think this is the last excellent release from her. I saw her in 2015 and it was a riot, then again in 2018 and was blown away by how exhausted she was. Maybe it’s gotten better but I don’t really enjoy any of her new music.
I hate how city skylines dominates this genre. I want something that’s more about the challenges of making a real breathing city with lots of options versus a traffic management simulator.
Also he hasn’t lost a dollar and will never face jail time because the rules don’t apply to the rich and powerful in this country. If this is his week from hell then we’re a failure of a nation.
All of the money gained by the unions will be passed on to consumers, further concentrating everyone except billionaires into a class between middle and poor. What unions are doing are unquestionably good but we NEED it to be in tandem with a wealth tax and actually holding billionaires accountable.
It was actually a lot of fun for alt comedy and staying in touch with friends 10-15 years ago. Once Trump won in 2016 it turned into a nonstop tire fire with him pouring kerosene on it daily. It never completely recovered from that, and obviously it’s gotten far far worse under Elon. That’s when I finally had to cut ties, even if it’s been fading for years.
