  • My favorite is seafood paella and since you like seafood and you want a better recipe, I'd like to share the one that I found the best. I substitute one cup of broth for a cup of dry white wine, preferably an Albariño. It tales a while to make, but it is so worth it.

  • It hasn't moved forward because Congress has to approve it. Just because Puerto Rico wants to be a state doesn't mean they'll be instantly let into the Union. Here's a link to the voting results. Its in Spanish since it's from the biggest newspaper on the island.

  • The people voted them into power so they can deal with the consequences. I know, not everyone voted for them, but then again, not everyone voted. Maybe the people will make different choices after suffering the consequences of their voting decisions. If they anger enough of the voter base, there could be some change. Or maybe Louisiana will become Mississippi 2, Electric Boogaloo.

  • Yes, the person should be charged with a crime for what he did, but the dog was just following its training as a police dog. They're supposed to do what the handler tells them to do. It's not the dogs fault; it did exactly what it was supposed to do had the situation called for the dog to attack.
