I mean, if you consider an economy that spans thousands of inhabited worlds and your planet just happens to be uniquely suited for leisure, I could certainly see that planet specializing exclusively in this one economic branch.
Being extremely rich (anything over 100 million) should be considered a mental disease and treated as such. Such people should not be allowed to lead companies or work as a politician, because their disease makes them completely unable to work for the common good since they have lost the ability to feel empathy.
