So it looks like this is from when the first Legend of Zelda (1986) game was re-released on Famicom (aka NES) cartridge in Japan. It originally came out on Famicom Disk System in Japan, but that peripheral was discontinued in 1990. They then re-released it on cartridge near the end of the Famicom's lifespan in 1994 so that people could play the game without also having to get a Famicom Disk System.
