  • Tell me more about this stimulation estimator. I have... proxamite knowledge of stimulation devices.

  • When it's crispy fried shrimp, yes. Any other time, no.

  • I think you should handle it in the traditional way: request nudes.

  • Yes that's very on point for the question being asked, thanks.

  • Hey I have one of those.

  • Woh, a twofer.

  • I would 1000% percent watch a sequel to Being John Malkovich called Being Matt Damon, and they keep going deeper into him Inception style, and each layer is another increasingly more convoluted scenario of everyone having to save him.

  • Isn't it amazing how such a wonderful concept can still hold our imaginations despite the 27 terrible Hellraiser movies that have graced the screen since the last decent one decades ago?

  • I have a sneaking suspicion that IS the TL:DR.

  • Lemmy Shitpost @lemmy.world

I think I prefer the fediverse chick

  • I don't entirely agree with that. Sure Brady was one of the best, hands down, but I feel like their lack of success since he left had more to do with their inability to find another even decent QB. Belichick was good at taking specific players and finding unique and effective uses for them, but overall he was way better at drafting defensive players than offensive players, Brady and Gronk notwithstanding.

In terms of football IQ look at the Patriots/Rams Superbowl, one of the most boring SBs in history, lol. Rams had a new offense that trounced EVERYONE on their way to the SB, Belichick completely neutralized it and by the next year everyone used his defensive lineup against the Rams and they floundered.

  • If I spent 20 years watching a team I spent millions on lose to him over and over I'd probably be a salty bitch about it to. Then again these days I find it hard to like any of the owners or management in the NFL so fuck em.

  • I don't understand. I mean that honestly. Is it really this hard to make a movie that's true to its video game roots? You already have a built in fan base, so you know they will help with ticket sales and word of mouth. You need it to be accessible to normies, which is fine you can dumb things down but it's MINECRAFT, it's not like we're talking super dense lore here.

  • Fr fr, dead ass.

  • I wonder what Gary Busey is up to these days.

  • I haven't used a database that required me to specify case in 15 years, and I'll be cold dead in the grave before I do it again... only because I assume that's what they use IN HELL.

  • We could do name LIKE '%AMERICA%' but that would grab a few extra countries. Course that faction of the political spectrum would be all in favor of "acquiring" more countries anyway.

  • No country dim table I've ever seen would just have "America" as the country name, but now I'm just being a pedantic asshole, which is my default setting.

  • Why have I never thought of that...

  • For me it was wanting to put in calories for each food item eaten in a day, the estimated calories burned in a day, then any additional burned calories from exercise, and then display the total of calories still "allowed" for that day, if that makes sense. My spreadsheet also had a whole bunch of stuff taking averages of my daily numbers so I could enter a weight goal and trend my weight loss to see when I could expect to get there, etc. it was a ludicrous spreadsheet, I admit it.

  • Funny @sh.itjust.works

Well I'm glad to see they have irony in stock
