  • This is what happens when you sell your soul to the devil. Remember during Trump one, when Kennedy stepped down to make room for Kavanaugh? And right after the Kavanaugh swearing, Trump and Kennedy are walking away from the podium, and Trump says something-- and Kennedy stops dead in his tracks, saying basically "Wait what?"

    I'm still waiting to hear about a lip reader telling people what was being said there, at least as much as can be seen. At the time the speculation was that Trump pulled strings to get Kennedy's son out of some trouble (that I forget) in exchange for Kennedy stepping down early to make room for Kavanaugh. And in that clip it looks like mere seconds after the Kavanaugh announcement, Kennedy found out just how much Trump's word was worth.

    You see his hand go up, "Relax, guy!"
