Looking for an alternative to reddit

  • Makes sense. :)

  • I guess the exercise stopped your brain from thinking and that's why it felt good. Sometimes physical pain is much easier than emotional pain.

What do you do in the medical care system now?

  • I know but I trust it more than Google.

There is value in spreading out your data to different companies in different countries. All the American big tech services sends a copy of everything to the nsa.

Maybe telegram doesn't. Who knows. Maybe they are being a bit more difficult at least.

  • Only profits and power matters to these people. They will happily destroy peoples lives. Sam Altman is an obvious psychopath. Zuckerberg is less open with his real thoughts after he said "dumb fucks", but equally ruthless. Musk lacks empathy and is autistic and doesn't understand human emotions. Trump is a narcissist.

These are the people who drives Ai.

  • Well, I think its different for different users, with different economy and different motivations.

Kagi has 70000 paying members, enough to be profitable without any ads or tracking. Since the results are literally Googles results but without ads, AI results or tracking, it's worth paying for for some people who can.

Ive been a paying member since 2023 and I feel good about supporting alternatives to Google with some lunch money. :) Because of me and the other users, there is a quality search engine that makes us happy and makes a profit without ads.

But we are all different. When I was a teenager I wouldn't have paid for this. Had no money and wanted my money for other things.

  • Yep. Not just a joke either, I seriously believe we are going into dystopia with the datacenters.

  • They start with the dark skins and then they turn on the rest.

  • Not dystopian at all. Go enjoy America... /s

  • For tech, it goes up because expectations on higher profits. Datacenters and the dystopia is driving right now. Memory sticks are through the roof because datacenters buys it all. Same with drives and gpus.

It takes years to build the dystopia so lots of profits on that. And then profits on watching people in real time and selling their data.

  • It doesn't and when you discover that, try Kagi.

People here love things to be free and in doing so, they recommend worse search engines.

  • It's a good idea but I think many professions are killing the love people have for it. For example, I liked tech until it become full of meetings, scrum, bad managers, stress, reorgs, and so on.

  • Pain phone.

  • At some point capitalism will fail but it will take much longer than we think...

  • Then you realize it's the same with a career. What the fuck was the point is what you will be thinking at 60 years old.

  • That's a she?

  • Prime bullshit.

  • Yeah but no instructions how to enter the entrance?

  • Amazing work guys! Looks very promising. If I needed cameras I would use this.

  • Backup

    Jump
  • It's a good joke but not worth getting arrested for... I feel like he didn't plan very much... :)

If this turns into "terrorism using pigs", I will give him bonus points. It may actually do that in America.
