Map apps like google maps that support public transportation, and the quality of citymapper's privacy

I currently use citymapper as my mapping app, as it is the best one to use where I live, but I am concerned about its privacy, and the alternatives do not support public transport. osmand technically does, but it is in beta and may be unreliable. what alternatives do I have?
