Minor bug: trying to scroll the feed by touching an image tries to scroll the image

This is on android. What I mean is when you try to scroll the feed and happen to touch an image, instead of scrolling the feed I get these colored circle segments telling me this can't scroll any further. But that shouldn't even be an option because there is only a single image.See this post for an example. For some reason the image does scroll ever so slightly.
