Is it allowed to post on an instance though another one if the latter instance bans the topic of the post?

Lets say I have an account on Lemmy.cats, which bans posts about dogs. Through this Lemmy.cats account, I post a dog pic on !dogs@lemmy.dogs. Is this allowed?
