Ukraine Support Tracker Data - Kiel Institute

The total commitments for the supply of equipment, aid, finance, etc. the amount is €545.5 billion as of February 2026.
The main donor outside Europe is the USA, which accounts for €115.38 billion of this amount. The remaining €26.93 billion are distributed among other non-European states:
- Canada: €13.97 billion
- Japan: €11.04 billion
- Australia: €1.07 billion
- South Korea: €0.64 billion
It's worth noting that although many European donors announce huge aid packages, they have only transferred a small part of them so far. This is due to long-term contracts for the production of weapons "for years to come" instead of issuing equipment from warehouses.
For example, the coefficient of actual funds allocation for Switzerland is only 20% of €5.8 billion pledged with only €1.16 billion allocated.
Similarly, South Korea has only allocated 23% of the declared amount of €2.77 billion with mere €0.63 billion delivered.
Norway, despite its leadership in the share of aid to GDP, has physically allocated only 40.4% of its commitments of €24.7 billion at €10.0 billion.
And Germany, the largest European donor, has only utilized 53.5% of its commitments with €47.2 billion out of €25.3 billion delivered.
