seems my 'vpn' was disabled due to spam, but i'm not on a vpn. (i wasn't spamming either). what can i do?

Hi all, I was using "image generator professional" and it stopped working... when i tried to submit a comment i got the message 'VPN banned due to spam disable ur VPN' but I'm not on a VPN and I wasn't spamming. What can I do? Is there a way to remedy this?
