Has anyone heard of the book "Socialism's Ignored Success: Iranian Islamic Socialism"?

I've heard of the book and found places to purchase it but have not found any analysis of it, especially from principled socialists. I wanted to know if anyone had heard of it and could provide insight on it's quality.
