Calls for lower speed limit at Coggeshall collision blackspot
Footage captures the moment a car crashes and flips over in Coggeshall, narrowly missing a jogger.
Video shows a car clipping a parked car and flipping over, crashing into several other cars. There's a jogger on the pavement a few metres away. Easily could've killed a pedestrian if they'd been between the cars or trying to cross further along. Apparently the local council won't even lower the speed limit.
