Sorta. CBM is cubic meters and the entire world uses feet for shipping containers. For Intl logistics CBM and kg are the standard for volume and weight but they get loaded into containers measured in feet.
You'll see similar stuff in other industries. Machining a lot of measurements are in mm but tolerances in "mils" or 1/1000 of an inch. Or medical where volume is in mL or drams.
When it comes to distance though I only really know miles.
If I were applying I might do a cover letter for like my top 2-3 picks just to try and tip the scales.
I do the hiring for my department and most cover letters are AI/template garbage but sometimes I'll get a short and sweet one that seems genuine and it gives a legitimate edge.
That's sad to hear. It's been a long time since I've played any sports games and I had a hankering recently but everything has shit reviews and I keep coming across stories like yours.
Remember a game would come out with everything you need to enjoy the game? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
You must really hate going to the movies. If I spend $60-70 on a game and get 50-100+ hours of entertainment from that money spent that's a dub in my book.
If someone enjoys flight simming it's not really a question, they will buy this game because it's one of the best all-around sims.
I find this relatable lol.
