Not sure if this is relevant but working odd hours affected my strength, endurance, and energy. I'll never accept a job where I have to wake up at 2am again.
Recently, I was able to experience how much more difficult it is to train when you work a manual labor job.
Before my current job, I had sit-down call center jobs for the past 7+ years since before I made exercising a lifestyle.
There is a major difference in my endurance, strength, and muscle tone.
I've decided to keep looking for a different job.
Nice. Last time I walked that far, I was calling it a hike. But I'll get to your level eventually.
