My Moto G Stylus 5g (terrible name) is quite good. I can't fathom buying a high-range phone when my $300 one has more processing power than I have ever used, including when playing games.
In Texas we had a big freeze a few years ago and much of the state lost power. My house only got down to the 60s when it was well below freezing outside with no power inside.
The exception now is that people go into 80k debt expecting to easily pay that off with a job that matches their major. If they switch to something more fulfilling, there's a chance that they won't make enough to pay it off in a timely manner. The main thing this applies to is engineering.

Genocide is much trickier, as there is still debate about certain wording and whether or not genocide actually happened at the time. Overall, the consensus is that genocide is bad at current times either because all genocide is bad or because God does not condone current genocides.
Have you tried FO3? It came before NV and might draw you in more because the locations in it are far more iconic. I like it a bit better in some ways as well.
I don't have a problem on religious holidays with going out to a place run by people who don't celebrate it. I was craving Arab food Christmas Eve which was fine because it's just another day for them. I would never visit during their holidays as they would never go to a Christian store during ours.
