This is indeed not it's usual state but is this really software gore? Looks like their software just crashed without any side effects that can be described as gore.
You can just login anonymously like the description you posted says. It works pretty well. It's how I download apps that aren't available on my local play store.
Depending on your luck, it's not as bad as it seems. I was able to play fine on an 6950 XT except for one location that I only ever was in for 3 minutes or so. Didn't even had to use any upscaling settings, played it native at 1440p and it was consistently above 90 FPS iirc.
It was way more fun than Fallen Order and I already thought Fallen Order was hella fun.
Japanese is kind of similar. Although usually native speakers do not use an English keyboard. They use this:
Since Japanese has 5 vowels, each key here represents a consonant and can actually enter any of the 5 vowels by either tapping on it or flicking up, down, left or right on it. Once you've built the word you're trying to write, you can tap on the auto suggested kanji or katakana or leave it as is in hiragana.
The exception is the bottom left and right keys which are for alternative consonants (I'm not sure the actual linguistic term) and punctuation which have fewer options but work similarly.
So if I'm writing the character for home, I'd flick the button toy he right of the emoji button left for い and then right for え. Once I have both hiragana characters, I just need to tap on the 家 character that appears above the keyboard.
The Switch is a lot smaller and pocketable than those you described and is far better as a party game machine. It's also much more widely available. I don't think it's so clear cut especially if people are getting it for their exclusives. Yea, you can emulate it but there's a bit of work to get the ROMs and BIOS that the average lay person isn't really comfortable with doing.
Are delays not good? It's preferable to being broken on launch, not to say that it couldn't be, but it's likely that it would be more broken if not delayed.
Same, the Deck and all the other alternatives are way too big. There's the Chinese companies but I can't say that I trust them and certainly not their support if anything breaks.
Why can't they just put the information in the alert directly? That's what the Koreans did when I was there. Why this extra indirection in the first place?
Isn't scheduling able to mitigate issues like that? It helps a lot that Shinkansens are pretty much always on time. Can't wait for the Chuo to open eventually though.
Agreed. It's hard to believe anyone still recommends Asus after the whole GN debacle.
If you're in Asia, that debacle is a non-issue. Their support in Asia has been great for me. I'm on the Steam Deck camp but they're still my go to for gaming laptops.
Same here, it's strange because within my social circles no one talks about them. I only ever use them for the custom menus but that's pretty much about it. Generally people seem to like using it on shooters but I've tried it and still prefer to play shooters with a mouse on my PC. Only ever play more controller friendly games on my Deck so it's not a big deal to me either.
I second 86 and Fate although they can be pretty serious. That said, I recommend starting Fate from Unlimited Blade Works then to the Heaven's Feel movie trilogy before going to Zero since Zero was meant to be a prequel and spoils Heaven's Feel. That was how the original source material was meant to be read. Additional bonus in that Unlimited Blade Works has a much lighter tone that is more approachable for people new to Fate.
Alyx has ruined almost every other VR game for me purely from how polished of an experience it is. Every other game that isn't an arcade, driving/racing sim or a fitness game just feels clunky to me.
Is there some trick to get it to work properly? Everytime I tried to use it, it works fine for like 10 minutes and then everyone desyncs to hell.
It's still better than Plex's which didn't work at all though.
