Well no, containers allow you to know exactly the environment it runs into, no matter what the actual host environment is, you can run your program on windows, Linux, Mac or any other Docker supported system and it will work the same, I don't see how that's fragile.
Honestly, as long as you have a decent computer (like not potato-grade hardware) the game is pretty playable in low settings. But I totally see your point of view
Have been playing all night, the performances are not great, but it's actually playable for most people with lower settings, and the game is pretty great.
Also it's a city builder, it's okay to play it with 30fps in low, it's not a FPS.
I mean it's kinda true that in most crisis situations a laugh will be a nervous laugh
But yeah that's not always the case
