  • Another LineageOS + microg user here.

I used stock android and iOS before making the switch. Best change yet.

  • Hmm.

Probably, since it is optimized for the rpi.

  • I cleared my post and comment history. I probably will delete my account after the free API shuts down.

  • Yes. I loved Reddit for a LONG time. They started to crumble in my opinion when the added these Snooavatars, which later turned into a NFT scheme. I never bothered with these. The promise of the website was awesome though. Being able to follow interests and communities instead of people was a completely new concept, which I had never seen before. Now it feels like the corporate greed has finally completely taken over.

    Time to jump ship.

  • Holy sh*t. Das ganze ist ja regelrecht explodiert in den letzten Tagen.

  • removed.

  • This looks interesting.

Does it use Wayland or xorg?

  • Snoovatars were just NFTs lite. I never liked them. Thank god that they aren't available on old.reddit

  • Arch Linux. Its comfy. I like that I don't get spied on. Furthermore it is not made by a company and 100% community driven, which makes it the best Distro for my usecase!

  • God, I miss the old UI of Windows Phone. I do not want to know how much telemetry was going on there, but the UI and UX was awesome imho

  • I like the view; Though the pressure will end me

  • Thanks, that worked! :)

  • Is there a way to import accounts from Google Auth into Aegis using QR Codes or smth like that?

  • Pretty much only news.ycombinator.com. I haven't found much other interesting tech news sites and I don't think that my Reddit Homefeed will starting next month.

  • If you are interested in technology and or programming, you might want to have a look at Hacker News. It's a news aggregator for everything that involves technology and there are many interesting sites linked there on a daily basis.

  • This guy is becoming more and more dislikable every day.

  • Escaping Reddit's bullsh*t. I exclusively use Reddit using Infinity, Apollo and old.reddit.com. They are now killing the API (and 3rd party clients for that matter) and I don't think that old.reddit.com will live much longer tbh and I cannot be bothered to use the new Reddit. It takes ages to load and is WAY to bloated. Add the NFT Profile pictures and RPAN into the mix and you have a dead website in my eyes.

  • IntelliJ (with IdeaVim) for Kotlin and Java programming; Rider (with IdeaVim) for C#; NeoVim for everything else.

  • Reddit has gone downhill for some time now. When I joined that website it was a completely different place, but with time it went to shit.
