  • No reason godparenting can’t be of same sex variety. Bible doesn’t forbid it, similar to to how it doesn’t forbid same sex sex when the balls are not touching. God bless you.

  • This thing goes into my living room and PS5 looks are just offensive to me. I waited to see if Sony would come to their senses with Slim or Pro but I guess Sony is back to being Sony when they don’t have to try. I despise monopolies so I go with the underdog when I can.

Both platforms run all modern games and there’s very little exclusives on both. Performance wise they’re the same and automatic VRR on everything is awesome. XSX was significantly cheaper at the time too and that’s before taking into account how much value GamePass provides. If Microsoft wasn’t exiting the market I’d say it’s a better choice today too.

  • Microsoft was their publisher only and their new game is being published by Take-Two.

  • I think MS could surpass EA as a biggest publisher after they bought ActiBlizz, you could extract couple of game companies out of them. At this point I’m wondering why they haven’t sold it to Oracle or Tencent just to get more coal for their AI money pits.

  • It’s the budget pick. Series S sells multiples of Series X and GamePass is cheap. We live in the age of overabundance of all kinds of media so there’s is crapload of games, and exclusive situation doesn’t look that bad compared to PS5, mostly because PS5 is bad too. I went with XSX because of the looks but that was before Microsoft went insane.

  • „It” is probably a stab in the back, if companies were capable such things. Microsoft published their previous games as Xbox exclusives so it’s safe to assume some kind of relationship existed. Microsoft stabbed lots of their employees in the back recently.

  • From Nintendo’s point of view hacked device is a hacked device. Whether you use it to pirate or hack in multiplayer, they don’t really care, you’re not supposed to do either and they take that device off their network. I usually pay for games because second hand market exists but I also won’t condemn piracy because some can’t afford even that. It’s the expectation that a company like Nintendo has to take it under the guise of consumer protection that I find funny, bad political takes too.

  • You can still play your Switch games online after getting banned using LDN bridges. The best way to avoid getting banned from a Nintendo service is not to hack your device.

  • Say you get VAC banned, your entire library can’t play VAC multiplayer games. If you hacked in Splatoon you buy a new Switch but your library is retained.

  • They are denying you access to the service rather than your hardware. I prefer how Nintendo goes about it (locking hacked device) compared to Valve or Sony where your entire game library gets locked. As someone with a banned Switch I think that’s fair, I can pirate things on it anyway. Nobody said piracy has to be easy and I enjoy a bit of cat and mouse.

  • Went from Pax 3 to TinyMight 2 which was just too much of a good thing so I sold it. These days I use manual vapes because they offer small chamber size and require a bit of a ritual to get going. Tempest and Dani Fusion 2 offer all kinds of experiences I like and The Wand makes them very consistent in results. I succumbed to VAS again though and Tempest 2 is on the way.

  • This is a „code of conduct” thing, optional, and therefore useless.

  • Cease and desist from said group?

  • Can’t he fund his defense with YouTube ad money he made off those videos? Looks like double dipping.
