  • when I get to the ballot box, I vote for the candidates that most closely align with my policy positions. others are free to criticize, complain, and vote however they like. I don't owe anyone my vote, except maybe the future generations that stand to benefit from the policies I support. I find telling others how and who they should vote for to be detrimental to increasing the turnout that's desperately needed. #pleasejustvote

  • I've had to get used to buying as cheap and little as possible. thankfully I don't have any kids to worry about, because the cheap stuff isn't the healthiest. Kool aid, bread, peanut butter, bologna, pot pies, and ramen mostly. sometimes I splurge on eggs, cheese, and meat. I have some canned goods, but save them for when I run out of the perishables. I don't see food getting any more affordable. my heart goes out to those with children.

  • you can add me if you like- WretchedOne#11837

level 86 Rogue. I mostly play in the evenings CST.

  • I dunno if it's a niche build, but I'm enjoying my rogue twisting blades/traps combo. the frost burn unique and vulnerability buffs have been very useful when playing in a group.

  • kilts would be nice. I like the fresh breeze.

  • TIL you can buy human neurons

  • Biden SHOULD be concerned. Cornell West supports the policies that help "Main Street" (the working class). Biden/Trump support "Wall Street" (yes, I know Trump is way worse). Society needs bold change to update our healthcare, education, and campaign finance systems. To me, West represents something to vote FOR, not just voting to keep another guy out. If I have the option to vote outside of the common "lesser of two evils" choice, I will. My vote goes to the person that has the best policies on the ballot. These are campaign finance reform, universal healthcare, universal education, climate change, investment in infrastructure, etc.

  • Arizona desert during the summer. Winter Storm in Wyoming.

  • at the mechanics getting a work truck repaired.

  • I'd be ok with something like a "donor" flair.

  • I remember playing Joust on the Atari 2600. We had a little black and white TV to play it on.

  • I'm not sure that a "minor to moderate" storm qualifies as "TERRIFYING", but they got a click out of it. (criticisms aside, space weather is a really cool subject!)

  • I think checking the box for "bot account" is to mark the profile as a bot.

  • I wonder if there's any data available on how much content was generated from 3rd party apps. in my experience, reddit was accessed solely through an app (rip baconreader). am I wrong in thinking that the users are the product and advertisers the customer?

  • mine's similar, except it goes bowl, beer, bath (yes, with bubbles)

  • there's a number of them already. in fact, I'm using one to write this comment. perhaps I misunderstood you though. could you please elaborate on what you mean?

  • great tip! it should hold us over until we get our universal translators!
