Because these types of lists are not real. What makes 3 better than 4? No one knows. It’s a fake ordering. Also, it’s Linux, so you can do any programming workflow on any distro. One is not inherently better than the other except for maybe community base. The points brought up for each distro are actually just buzzwords.
I think the point is that they were ordered to return records by law, and Signal made a legally binding response that they don't have any records. They are demonstrating that they actually have no information on users. Would that be considered proof? Yes. It absolutely would be.

Yeah same. I've tinkered with Graphene OS on an old Pixel 4 of mine, but that's about the most I've messed with mobile operating systems. Unfortunately, a phone is one of those things that I absolutely need to work flawlessly and not have to think about.
Yeah that definitely made me giggle a bit. That front facing camera is actually terrible. I think it would be pretty cool as a concept, but it's always been a bit too expensive of a gamble in my opinion.
